What is the return policy for AquilaStamps?
Any item may be returned within seven days for a purchased price refund. We try to describe each item correctly. If we make an error and the item is not as described simply email us at email@example.com. After you have informed us of the problem we will be happy to issue a refund and give you instructions on how to return the merchandise.
Does AquilaStamps combine shipping?
AquilaStamps combines shipping charges on one invoice shipping at one time. If you purchase several items the shipping will be per invoice not per auction lot. The usual shipping charge ranges from $1.00 to $1.70. At times shipping may be higher on oversized or overweight packages. When you receive our invoice the shipping charge is clearly stated.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All items are shipped 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment (barring anything unforeseen). We ship by US Postal Service. First Class is used within The US or Air Mail for all others. Delivery should be expected within 3 to 7 days in The U.S. Air Mail may be 2 weeks depending on the destination. A Certificate of Mailing is obtained for all shipments. This provides us with proof of mailing to aid us if a problem arises on delivery.
Where do you ship?
AquilaStamps ships worldwide. We are very proud of our worldwide customers. Just be aware that some destinations may take extra time for delivery. Regardless of where you live you can purchase from us and be sure that we will ship to you.
What forms of Payment does AquilaStamps accept.
We accept several forms of payment. We prefer PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account it is easy to pay us through PayPal. Our payment address on PayPal is firstname.lastname@example.org
We also accept a Check drawn on U.S. funds, a Postal Money order and, a Business Money Order. Also we accept cash but be aware that cash is sent at the risk of the buyer. We do not suggest cash but if sent it is advisable to send it via Registered Mail. If you wish to pay us directly by your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) please contact us and we will email you the information you will need to supply for a Credit Card transaction.
What is the Shipping Policy of AquilaStamps
All material is carefully packed to prevent damage. Items ship by USPS First Class Mail for destinations within The U.S. All others are shipped by USPS International Air Mail. These are the least expensive methods. However; be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected, uninsured packages. Insurance is offered on all items shipped within the United States. If you wish to have your items insured the charge is $1.35 (in addition to postage) up to $50. For values from $50 to $100 the charge is $2.30 (in addition to postage). Foreign destinations would require $8.00 (in addition to postage) for Registered Mail. We also Ship by USPS Priority Mail for $4.05 within the United States and Global Priority Mail for $5.25 to foreign destinations where offered. At the close of the auction we send winning bidders an email with the total amount due including postage. To add insurance or registered mail, or upgrade to any type of Priority Mail, please reply to our email and tell us your shipping preference. What Are Shipping Costs
Most of our items ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico for $1.00. Occasionally the price may be $1.25 depending if the weight goes over one ounce. We attempt to ship to the rest of the world for the same $1.00 charge. If the weight is over one ounce then the shipping charge is $1.70. We combine shipments to save on shipping. Registration and insurance are extra and in addition to the above quoted prices.
